1 bottle of Tomas Cuisine El Vilosell (or any other red Spanish wine)
2 ounces Torres brandy (or any Spanish brandy)
Splash of Fever Tree soda
Cherries for garnish
Squeeze the juice of one of the oranges and one of the limes and put in a pitcher. Cut the other orange and lime into slices. Put them into the pitcher with the juice and muddle slightly with a wooden spoon. Fill the pitcher with ice, add wine, brandy, and soda. Stir. Add simple syrup to obtain desired sweetness. Garnish glasses with orange slice, lime slice and cherry.
