The Grapes & Grains Loyalty Program

As a locally-owned business, it is important for us to give back to our customers while supporting the local community.

THAT IS WHY WE ARE PROUD TO INTRODUCE:

The Neighborhood is a comprehensive program that allows our customers to benefit from their purchase history while making a positive impact on the local charities in our community.

Unlike other retail businesses, state law prohibits Georgia alcohol retailers from allowing their customers to redeem “reward points” for the purchase of alcohol at their place of business. The Neighborhood is designed for our customers to get the most financial benefit, while supporting their community.

Specifically, under The Neighborhood program, customers will receive 1% cash back from each purchase in the form of reward points, which can be redeemed in the following few ways:

01. IN-STORE INCENTIVES

You can use your rewards points in-store at our Johns Creek and Chamblee Grapes & Grains locations on a variety of non-alcohol related items — including mixers, stemware, cigars, and more!

Plus, you can now use your points at our sister company, Good Vibes, on drinks, gummies, and wellness products.

02. LOAD UP ON LOYALTY CARDS

Customers can also use their rewards points to make a big impact on their community by having Grapes & Grains make a donation on their behalf to a registered 501c3 organization. Minimum increment of $50. Please note donations are not tax-deductible.

Enter your loyalty account number under the Loyalty tab in the main menu. Your account number can be found at the bottom of your receipt.
